The Studio on 4th Street, located at 432 E. 4th Street in downtown Reno is available for private party rentals, corporate retreats, musical and theatrical events.

This upscale venue offers approximately 2,000 square feet on the main floor, complete with cabaret style seating that comfortably seats 70 guests. The full-service bar sits adjacent to the seating area with a full view of the main floor and stage. The maximum occupancy for the Studio on 4th is 129 guests.

The Studio offers themed props, flats and set pieces to customize your special event.

A prep kitchen complete with preparation tables, oversized refrigerator and freezer, large capacity ice machine and industrial sized sinks is available for your catering needs.

The Studio offers backstage dressing areas for men and women.

A complete lighting and sound system, televisions, DVD player and projection screen are also available for minimal fees.
