Heading to Elko, Nevada for the annual Cowboy Poetry Festival, Hot Club of Cowtown makes a rare appearance in Reno. conjuring up the ghost of Bob Wills and the Texas Cowboys and playing an infectious style of music called “Western Swing”, this world class (and world touring band) is not to be missed!!

Interzone is a monthly Alt 80′s / Goth / Industrial / Whatever club night that happens every FIRST Saturday of the month at The Studio On 4th.
Playlists will be posted after each event, so you can find out what that song you liked was, or just get a feel for what we’ll be playing.
Requests encouraged, just put it on the page and we’ll spin it if we have it.
The bar is clean and friendly, the drinks are cheap and strong, the sound is loud and clear.
And there’s both a dance-floor and a stage.

Join us for a great evening of swing and old timey music as Victor and Penny make their first reno appearance @ the newly managed STUDIO ON 4TH.
Victor & Penny is a Chicago and Kansas City based duo singing music they call Antique Pop on ukulele and a lovely old guitar.
Playing vintage instruments with modern sensibility, they bring a fresh twist to music of the early twentieth century and unique arrangements of modern tunes with characteristic charm and good humor. Victor & Penny are touring the USA in 2011-2012.

Claude Bourbon
Claude’s musical roots are blues, however, his music has and will continue to evolve over the years. Bourbon gets his musical inspiration from around the world including Spanish Middle Eastern, Russia and Europe. Claude Bourbon takes the different sounds heard from different regions and molds them into the songs and melodies you hear at his shows. His songs may be blues-sounding, ballads, rock, jazz or even unique and unclassifiable.
